3. What’s Not Covered

✖ Damage from:

Improper installation (non-certified technicians)

Natural disasters (hurricanes, floods)

Neglect (battery discharge below minimum voltage)

Unauthorized modifications

4. Claim Process

Diagnose: Provide:

Proof of purchase

Installation certificate (if applicable)

Failure photos/videos

Resolution: We’ll either:

Repair/replace the product

Refund prorated value (for batteries after Year 5)

5. Transferability

Residential warranties transfer once to new homeowners.

Commercial warranties require business ownership verification.

+10 years on batteries ($1,000–$2,500)
